How much is your commission?
The agency commission is 3–5% of the sale price, agreed individually. It is paid on completion of the sale, no advance payments.
How long does a sale take?
It depends on the property and the price. On average 2 to 6 months. The right price from the start speeds things up considerably — we help you set it.
Do I need to attend viewings?
No. We take the keys and run the viewings ourselves. You receive a report after every visit.
I live abroad. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most of our selling clients live in Russia, Germany or Serbia. Everything is arranged remotely, and some documents can be signed via power of attorney.
Do you only take expensive properties?
No. We work with apartments, houses, villas and land across Montenegro — from studios to villas. If the property is priced realistically, we will take it on.
